This all-levels yoga flow is an invitation to return to yourself - to be reminded that YOU ARE SOMEONE NOW.  Not if, or when or because - but now - in all your uniqueness, individuality, and beauty.  Yoga teaches us so much.  And it reminds us that we can show up, fully authentic, in all our messiness, and our mat is there as a safe place to land.  Come enjoy this incredible community practice, find connection with yourself and others, and leave knowing how deeply you are loved!

This is a donation based class and all proceeds are donated to Douglas County Pride.  The mission of Douglas County Pride is to build a supportive community for LGBTQIA+ residents of Douglas County and surrounding areas. They do this through community building, education, advocacy, and service.  We are so proud to support their work.
